Plot Summary: Joo Joong Won (So Ji Sub) is a shrewd CEO of Kingdom, a conglomerate that includes a major department store and hotel. He was kidnapped in the past and believes that his girlfriend was involved in the incident. By chance, Joon Won  meets Tae Gong Shil (Gong Hyo Jin) one rainy evening, who has been seeing ghosts after an accident that got her into a coma for three years. She is terrified with her new ability and welcomes the thought that Joo Joong Won might be able to help her. Each time she gets into physical contact with him, even the slightest, makes the ghost disappear for some reason. She decides to be near him by working as a cleaner in Kingdom with the hope to put an end to her dilemma. Her presence is being rejected by Joong Won multiple times and is being dismissed each time they bump into each other. Circumstances unfold when Joo Joong Won thinks that she can probably help him solve the mystery behind his kidnapping. With that in mind, Joong Won sees an opportunity and offers himself as her shield from the ghosts that has been bothering her. While dealing with their own misery, they have fallen in love with each other.

My Thoughts: This TV series is  highly recommended on all reviews I've read on, but I really struggled to finish off episode 1 at first. For one, I haven't watched any of So Ji Sub's series/movies, at least, none that I'm aware of. I found out later on that he also starred in Glass Slippers when I did some researching of his other series. I must admit that I attempted to watch this several times and just quit to look for something that's appealing. Little did I know that the story is indeed a good one, and I have actually come to admire SJS and be a fan! Anyway, this series is not your usual horror type of thing. It does not intend to scare you in any way but rather entertain you with its  rom-com scenes. I just think though that they could have done a better job with the appearance of the ghosts as I really find them ridiculous. Though this is a comedy one,  a realistic approach to their appearance would be an A+. Other than that, Master's Sun is a good watch and will surely keep you glued in your seat to the very end. Trust me!

My Rating: 10/10

So Ji Sub's Other Series/ Movies: Oh, My Venus!
